Our Services

We’re so confident that our process will result in Agents of Efficiency becoming an additional profit center for your company that we offer The AoE Guarantee with our Virtual COO package.

Absent that guarantee, however, our billing practices are closely aligned to performance. In other words, by the time we’re charging your credit card, we’ve already allocated resources on our end to perform those services – whether you chose to utilize those resources or not. Consequently, it is not our usual practice to issue any refunds once a payment has been collected.  With that said, we will issue a full refund or credit to any client as a result of a billing error or other accounting discrepancy, on a case by case basis.


Third Party Services

One of the benefits of a relationship with Agents of Efficiency is the vast network of partnerships we have with high-quality and carefully vetted service providers in a number of areas.  Consequently, it is not at all uncommon for us to connect our clients to third party products or services as part of our service to our clients.

These third party providers have their own separate and independent refund and return policies.  We, therefore, have no responsibility or liability for payments made directly to third party providers. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our process and services and welcome any feedback about these providers.
